This project is a critical narrative presented through a fictional medium. The entire work is formatted as a fictional newspaper, titled 'The Chaoyang Times,' which uses its pages to stage a satire on 'displacement and resettlement.' In this narrative, a marginalized community is placed into a completely transparent, 'paternalistic prison' under the guise of 'care.' By materializing the paradox between 'shelter' and 'surveillance,' the design employs digital content creation and critical thinking to construct an immersive experience that investigates complex social issues.
